Do you provide food?
Yes — three fresh, home-style meals daily (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with a rotating weekly menu. Special diets can be accommodated on request.
Are visitors allowed?
Family and friends are welcome in the common lounge between 9 AM and 8 PM. Overnight guests are not permitted.
How much is the deposit?
A flat refundable deposit of ₹3,000 applies to every room type, adjustable against final dues at checkout. A one-time maintenance charge of ₹2,000 also applies at move-in.
What is your refund policy?
Deposit is fully refunded within 15 days of checkout, after deducting any dues or damages.
How do I book a room?
Book a free visit, choose your room, pay the deposit, one-time maintenance charge and first month's rent, and move in the same day.
How can I check room availability?
Call or WhatsApp us for real-time availability. Our rooms page also shows current availability.
Is laundry included?
Yes, weekly laundry service is included. Same-day laundry is available on request at a small charge.
How is security handled?
24×7 security guards, CCTV across common areas, biometric entry and a female warden for the female wing.
Is parking available?
Yes. Covered two-wheeler parking for all residents and a limited number of four-wheeler spots.
What are check-in and check-out timings?
Check-in is anytime after 10 AM. Check-out by 12 PM on the last day.
What is the notice period?
One month written notice before vacating.
What are the house rules?
Quiet hours after 10 PM, no smoking or alcohol on premises, and respect for shared spaces.
Is WiFi included?
Yes — high-speed fibre WiFi is included and available on every floor.
Do you have power backup?
24×7 DG backup covers lights, fans, WiFi and common areas without interruption.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card and cash. A receipt is issued for every payment.
